Prof. Tracy Riley - Looking Back as We Look AheadTracy is a Professor of Education and Dean of Postgraduate Research at Massey University. She has extensive experience in gifted and talented education, having led postgraduate programs, authored a Ministry of Education handbook, and overseen national research projects. Tracy serves on the Executive Committee of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Education.
