NCEA co-requisites: Te Reo Matatini me te Pāngarau past Course

21st August 2024 - 22nd August 2024 Enrolments close 14th August 2024 AucklandTRAVEL REQUEST CLOSED This two-day course is designed to strengthen kaiako understanding of the NCEA co-requisite requirements for Te Reo Matatini and for Pāngarau, including the implications for programme development. Whilst the course is particularly suitable for kaiako teaching year 7-10 students, it is still appropriate for kaiako teaching students leading up to year 7 and beyond year 10. This course is a repeat of the one held earlier in the year.

TRAVEL REQUESTS CLOSED This 2-day Ako Panuku Wānanga Reo is designed specifically for teachers focusing on the impact of teaching on student learning. Strong links to the Te Reo Māori curricula and the use of resources already in schools will be promoted, as well as the development of new resources for inspiring learning. Te reo Māori is the main language of instruction and learning at wānanga reo. You will be expected to communicate as much as possible in te reo Māori. PLEASE NOTE: We will offer a second Wānanga Reo in Christchurch on 7 - 8 November 2024. Preference will be given to kaiako who register for their nearest location. While the learning outcomes remain the same, the specific content of each wānanga may vary.
