She has extensive experience in gifted and talented education, having led postgraduate programs, authored a Ministry of Education handbook, and overseen national research projects. Tracy serves on the Executive Committee of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Education. Outside of work, she enjoys community life at Ōtaki Beach, spending time with whānau and friends, and takes pride in her 8 talented mokopuna.
